Chavda Events

Chavda Events is located out in Shapar, right behind Ganga Flooring on the Shapar Veraval Road. Rajkot is quite a drive from here, but this area is where we have our warehouse and office. It’s a working space, so don't expect anything too polished. We have stacks of poles, heaps of fabric, and crates of lights everywhere. It’s a bit dusty and crowded, but that’s just how it is when you deal with event gear. We aren't a big company with a lot of bosses. We are just a team of people who know how to set things up for a function. Most of our time is spent loading trucks or checking that the tents are clean and ready to go. The Shapar Veraval Road can get very busy with trucks, so we have to be careful when we are moving our equipment out. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just take the bookings and make sure we have enough hands to do the job. Some days the sun is really hot and the work is exhausting, but we just get on with it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to make sure the stuff is delivered and set up like it should be. It’s a local business run by local people who have been doing this for years.
