Bhavani Steel Art

Our workshop, Bhavani Steel Art, is situated at B 19 in Patel Nagar. We are right off A.K. Road, which is a busy part of the neighborhood. If you are walking or driving by, you will likely hear the sound of metal being shaped or welded. We do a lot of different things with steel here, and it is usually quite a mess on the floor with scraps and tools laying around. We aren't a big company with a polished image. We are just a local shop where we use our hands to make things. Patel Nagar is a good place for us because it feels connected to the rest of the city, and people can find us easily enough. We spend many hours each day bent over workbenches or standing at the welding station. It is hard on the eyes and the back, but there is something satisfying about turning a plain piece of steel into something useful or decorative. We don't have a lot of rules about how things are done, other than making sure the work is solid. Sometimes we sit outside for a break and watch the traffic go by on A.K. Road while we have our tea. It is a simple life and we are happy to be part of the local community here. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay busy throughout the week. We keep it simple and stay focused on the metal.
