Bharat Refractories

Bharat Refractories is set up right along N.H. 27 in Lalpar. Being on the highway means we see a lot of trucks passing by all day and night. It’s a bit of a noisy spot, but it makes it easy for our shipments to get moving. We’re in the Rajkot district, and this area has a lot of industrial units like ours. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we handle refractory materials. Inside, it’s mostly open space with stacks of supplies and a small corner for the desk work. We don't have many visitors who aren't truck drivers or local suppliers. The dust is something we just live with, as that’s the nature of working with these kinds of minerals. Most of the guys here have been doing this for a long time and they know the rhythm of the place. We don’t use a lot of big words or have meetings that last forever. We just look at the schedule and get to it. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes it tough, but we have some fans and plenty of water. It’s a straightforward operation. We don't have a big corporate office elsewhere; this is it. If someone calls, they’re usually talking to the same person who might be helping out in the yard five minutes later. We just keep our heads down and do the work the best we can.
