Balaji Metal Perforators is tucked away at G-308 in the GIDC Industrial Estate in Metoda. We are part of the Lodhika Taluka near Rajkot. If you know anything about Rajkot, you know it’s a place where people really know how to work with metal. Our specialty is putting holes in sheets of metal. It sounds simple, but getting the spacing and the sizes right takes some patience and the right setup. The shop floor is always humming with the sound of the punching machines. It’s a repetitive noise, but it's the sound of work getting done. We have stacks of metal sheets everywhere you look. Sometimes it feels like we are running out of room, but we always manage to find a spot for the next delivery. We aren't the type to wear ties or have polished desks. Most of us are in work clothes and have a bit of grease on our hands. We take the orders as they come and try to get them through the machines without any mistakes. The GIDC is a busy place, so there’s always something happening nearby. We don't spend much time on fancy marketing because the work usually speaks for itself. We’ve been at this spot for a good while and have our routine down. It’s just about being reliable and making sure the holes are where they should be. We just keep the machines running and get the metal out the door.
