Avinash Steel Industries is located at Survey No. 231, Plot No. 7/8-A. You’ll find us on Vikash Stov Road, right near the Suraj Biscuit factory. Working next to a biscuit place is interesting because the smell of cookies often drifts over while we are grinding steel. Our facility is basically a large industrial shed where we cut, bend, and shape metal. It is hard, physical work. The noise from the saws and hammers is constant. We don’t have any fancy air conditioning in the workshop, so we rely on big wall fans and the breeze coming through the open doors. The floor is concrete and usually has some rust stains or metal dust on it. We’ve been operating here for a long time. Our crew is experienced, and we don’t need much supervision. We just know what needs to be done when a load of steel arrives. Sometimes the trucks have a hard time navigating the road when it’s busy, but we manage to get them in and out. We don’t use any marketing tricks or polished language. We’re just a bunch of people who know how to handle steel and aren't afraid of a bit of hard work. Our office is just a small cabin where we keep the logbooks and the phone. It’s a simple setup that works for us, and we’ve stayed busy because we just do the job as requested by the people who come to us.
