You can find us at 19/1 in the Teenpani Industrial Area, right near the Kichha bypass. People around Rudrapur know this area as Thandi Sadak. It’s a busy stretch of road, especially with all the trucks moving in and out of the industrial zone. We’ve been operating Arjun Industries from this spot for a good while now. The weather here in U.S. Nagar can be a bit unpredictable, sometimes really humid, which makes working in the factory a bit of a chore. We mostly handle industrial manufacturing tasks. The building isn't anything to look at, just a functional space with a corrugated metal roof. We have a few steady workers who show up early and stay late when we have a big batch of orders to get through. It’s a noisy environment, but we’re used to it by now. The tea stalls nearby are where we spend our breaks, talking about the day’s work or the traffic on the bypass. We don't put on any airs about being a big corporate entity. We're just a local industrial unit trying to keep our machines running smoothly. Most of our customers are from the surrounding areas of Uttarakhand. We keep a ledger by the front door to track everything coming in and going out. It's an honest day's work, and we like being part of the local manufacturing community here in this part of town.
