Anand Snacks Restaurants

You can find Anand Snacks Restaurants on the ground floor of the Dhanrajni Complex at 20 New Jagnath. We are right on Yagnik Road, which is one of the busiest spots you can find. There is always a lot of honking and people walking by our front window. We have a few tables inside, but many people just stand and eat quickly. The building is a bit older, and the ground floor stays relatively cool even when it is hot outside. We spend the morning prepping the snacks and getting the tea ready. It is a small space, so we have to be very organized with the plates and the counter. We have been at this Yagnik Road location for many years, seeing the shops around us change. The floor gets a bit sticky from spilled tea, so we are always mopping it up. We do not have a big staff, just a few of us working the fryers and the cash box. It is a loud, fast-paced environment where you have to speak up to be heard over the traffic. We do not use fancy decorations; it is just a plain snack shop for people on the go. Most of our day is spent serving regulars who stop by on their way to work or shopping. It is just a simple place in the middle of a busy complex. When the sun goes down, the street lights come on and the crowd changes, but the work remains the same.
