Pune is a crowded city, and the Kondhwa area is no different. We are situated at Hill Mist Garden, specifically in D1/9 on Nibm Road. It’s a busy part of the city with a lot of shops and people moving around. Pacl India Ltd has this office here to manage the local operations and handle the paperwork that piles up. The garden around the complex gives a bit of a break from the dusty road outside, which is nice when you step out for a tea break. We spend our mornings going through files and talking to people who drop by. The Maharashtra weather can be unpredictable, but inside the office, it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards and the ceiling fan. Nibm Road has grown a lot, and there’s always something new being built nearby. We’ve got a small team here, and everyone knows what they have to do. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters, just a functional space where the real work happens. We deal with various land and finance matters, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes clients get lost trying to find the specific building, so we spend a bit of time giving directions over the phone. It’s a regular office life in a regular Pune neighborhood, nothing more and nothing less. We just keep things moving along as best as we can every day.
