Agarwal Transport Travels

We are located right on Bilaspur Road, opposite Akashwani in Rawa Bhata. Agarwal Transport Travels is basically where we manage the trucks and the drivers every day. There is always a lot of dust because of the heavy traffic on the main road outside. The office is small and usually has a lot of logbooks and papers scattered around the desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking where the loads are. Sometimes a truck breaks down halfway and we have to figure out how to get it moving again. It is a bit stressful but we are used to it by now. The tea stall nearby is where we usually grab a drink while waiting for a driver to arrive from a long trip. Our spot in Rawa Bhata, opposite Akashwani, is easy to find because of that landmark. It gets very hot in the summer and the fans just move the warm air around the room. We do not have a fancy waiting room or anything like that for visitors. People come in, we talk about the routes, and they head back out to their vehicles. The floor is usually covered in footprints from the drivers coming in from the yard. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the goods get where they are supposed to go. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we do. The noise of engines is just the background here.
