Our office is located at Plot Number 34 and 35 on Street Number 11. We are in Ashish Nagar West, which is part of the Risali area in Bhilai. Durg district is our home base and where we spend all our time. Omega Travels & Consultancy Services is the name on the door. It’s a combined space where we do travel bookings and some consultancy work for people who need it. Being on Street 11 means we are away from the main heavy traffic of the industrial parts of Bhilai, which is nice. It’s more of a local neighborhood vibe around here. We have a couple of plots together so there is a bit of space for everyone to work without being cramped. We don't have a big fancy reception desk with a uniform person. Usually, it's just one of us sitting there ready to help whoever walks in. We deal with a lot of paperwork and computer screens. Chhattisgarh can get quite hot in the summer, so we keep the fans going all day long to stay cool. We’ve been in Risali for a good while and we know how things work in this part of the state. We don't use a lot of business jargon. We just tell people what their options are for travel or whatever consultancy they need. It’s a very practical, down-to-earth kind of place. People from the Durg district know us as a reliable local spot.
