In Escort Heart Centre As A Front Office Executive

I’m sitting here at the Escort Heart Centre in Raipur, specifically in the PWD Colony. Being a front office executive means I’m the first person people see when they walk through the doors. It’s right near Shamyana Palace on Civil Line, which is a pretty well-known spot around here. The day usually starts with a lot of paperwork and people asking for directions or checking in for their appointments. It gets quite busy by mid-morning. The area outside is decent, though traffic on the main road can be a bit of a headache during peak hours. We try to keep things organized at the desk, but sometimes the phone just doesn't stop ringing. It’s not a fancy job, but it keeps me on my toes. Most people who come in are a bit stressed because it’s a heart centre, so I just try to handle the files and the computer work as quickly as I can. Sometimes I look out the window and see the life moving in the PWD Colony. It feels like a small world here. I’ve been doing this for a while now, and you get used to the rhythm of the hospital. We aren't trying to do anything big, just making sure the files go where they need to go and the people know where to sit. It’s mostly just routine stuff, like answering the same questions about doctors and timings over and over again until the shift ends.
