We are based at Q.No. 459/D in Zone-I of B M Y Charoda. Our place, Hotel Simran Heritage Pvt. Ltd., is right here in the Durg district. We have been around this neighborhood for quite a while now. It’s mostly a lot of railway quarters and local folks living nearby. Our building isn't the biggest on the block, but we keep the rooms ready for anyone passing through. Some people come here for work at the BMY yards and others are just visiting family in Chhattisgarh. We don't have a big corporate team running things from another city. It is just us here, making sure the beds are made and the place is swept. Sometimes the street gets a bit noisy with the trains or the local traffic, but that’s just how it is in Charoda. We don't have fancy lobbies with fountains or anything. It’s a practical spot for a stay. We know the regular guests who come back every few months. The staff lives close by, so we're always around if someone needs a key or has a question about the area. Durg is a busy district and we’re just one small part of it. We try to keep the tea hot and the rooms clean. We don't spend much time on fancy advertisements or anything like that. People mostly find us because they need a place to sleep near the BMY area. We’re just regular people running a local hotel.
