Golden Tulip, Riapur, Chhatisgarh is our name, but you will find us at the office of Mr. P.P. Gupta in the New Area of Sikandarpur. This is over in Muzaffarpur, Bihar. It might seem a bit confusing to have Raipur in the name and be located in Bihar, but that is just how our office setup worked out. We handle a lot of the administrative side of things from this desk here. The neighborhood in Sikandarpur is usually bustling with people going to the market or heading to work. We have a couple of rooms where we keep our files and take our phone calls. It’s a very normal office with some old chairs and a lot of paperwork piled up. We aren't a massive hotel with hundreds of staff members at this particular address. It’s more of a home-base for our operations. We spend our mornings checking the mail and talking to the people we work with. The building we are in is easy to miss if you aren't looking for the name on the gate. We don't have a big marketing department or polished brochures to hand out. We just do our daily tasks and try to keep things moving forward. Sometimes the Bihar heat makes the afternoon slow, so we take a break for some cold water or tea. It’s a simple life running this branch of Golden Tulip from Muzaffarpur.
