Our spot is right behind the mining office in Raipur, specifically in Janta Qurtar-3 over in Mahavir Nagar. It’s a bit of a dusty area because of all the activity around here, but we’ve made our space at Vicky Mahavir Nagar feel alright. We’ve been doing this for a bit now, juggling stuff between Mumbai and Surat too. It’s a lot of coordination, which usually means someone is always on the phone. The office isn’t much to look at, just a practical space where we keep our files and take our tea breaks. Raipur can get pretty intense, but the community in this part of town is good. We’ve got the mining office right there, so there’s always people moving around. We don’t use those big words to describe what we do. We just handle the coils and the club business as it comes. Sometimes things get a bit messy when a big shipment is due, and the desks get covered in papers. We don’t mind. It’s part of the job. Most of the guys here have been with us for years, so we don’t need to explain much to each other anymore. We just get in, do the hours, and head home. It’s simple, really. If you’re looking for us, just head past the main mining gate and look for the third quarter. We’re usually there until late evening most days of the week. That is our routine.
