Cheema Travels

We run Cheema Travels out of the New H.B Colony over on Kurud Road in Bhilai. Our specific spot is Q.No. 1860, which is part of the Lig-80 section. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s a bit different than having a shop on a main commercial street. We started this because we saw that people in the colony needed a reliable way to book their travels without having to go all the way into the center of the city. We have a small setup here where we handle everything. It’s mostly just us and a phone and a computer when the power is behaving. Bhilai is a town where everyone seems to know everyone else, especially in the colonies. People stop by the house to ask about train timings or to see if we can get them a car for a trip to the next town. We don't have any big slogans or fancy uniforms. We just talk to people and help them figure out their plans. It gets busy during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go away at the same time. We spend a lot of time calling around to different operators to find the best options for our neighbors. It’s a lot of small details to keep track of, like dates and names and times. We just try to get it right so nobody gets stuck somewhere they don't want to be. It keeps us busy from morning till night.
