Aviva Life Insurance

We are located right in Purani Basti, which is one of the older and more traditional parts of Raipur. Our Aviva Life Insurance office isn't hard to find if you know the area, but it definitely feels different from the newer glass buildings on the other side of town. The streets here are narrow and always full of life, with cows walking past and kids playing nearby. Inside our space, it is mostly just shelves of files and a few desks where we talk to people about their futures. It’s a lot of paperwork and explaining things that can be quite dry, but it’s what we do. We see a lot of families come in, often with their kids in tow, and things can get a bit loud. We don’t have a fancy waiting room, just some basic chairs and maybe a newspaper from yesterday. The fans hum overhead all day to keep the humidity away. It’s a humble setup, but it suits the neighborhood. We know most of the shopkeepers nearby, and someone is usually bringing over a tray of tea in the afternoons. We don't try to act like we are in a big city skyscraper. We are just local people working in a local area, helping our neighbors figure out their insurance stuff without any unnecessary complications or big words that nobody actually uses in real life.
