We are Jindal Steel & Power Ltd and we operate out of Raipur, though our roots are tied back to the Raigarh side of things. Our address is listed around the Jhjkla area in Raipur with the 496005 code. It’s a bit of a mix-up for some, but we know where we belong. The office here is a practical space. We don’t have much in the way of luxury. There are chairs, tables, and a few computers that have seen better days. We mostly focus on the power and steel operations that the company is known for across Chhattisgarh. Every morning starts with a quick check on the tasks for the day. There is usually a lot to catch up on. Being in Raipur puts us in a central spot for a lot of the business we do. We have people coming in from different parts of the state. It’s a busy environment but we try to keep it friendly. We are just a group of employees trying to make sure the records are right. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power flickers, but we just carry on. We don't talk like those big city corporate types. We just say things as they are. If a shipment is late, we find out why. If a bill needs paying, we handle it. It is just basic, honest work. We don't need fancy words to describe what we do every day.
