Jindal Steel & Power Ltd

We are located at the New Hillview Colony in Patrapali, Raigarh. This is right in the heart of where a lot of the action happens for Jindal Steel and Power. Being in the colony means we are very close to the actual operations. It’s a unique place to work because you can feel the industrial energy all around you. Our office is at Cd V/6, and it’s where we handle a lot of the day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical one for people who are involved in the steel business. We see a lot of the same faces every day, from engineers to delivery drivers. Raigarh is a hardworking town, and we try to match that spirit in our office. We don’t spend time on marketing talk or trying to look better than we are. We just focus on the piles of work on our desks and making sure the steel production side is supported correctly. The colony itself is a quiet place to retreat to after a long shift. We have a good team here and we all just want to get our jobs done right. There’s no big mystery to how we operate. We show up, we do the work, and we deal with whatever problems come up. It’s a real, boots-on-the-ground kind of life. Most of us have been here for years and we wouldn't have it any other way.
