Our place is right on Degree College Road in South Chakradhar Nagar, specifically at Qtr. No. Kh-14. Being in Raigarh, we are right in the heart of where Jindal Steel & Power Limited does its main work. This specific spot is more like a staff quarter or a local branch office, and it’s right near where the students and locals hang out. You can hear the bustle from the college road all day, which keeps things lively. We don't have any polished receptionists or fancy glass walls. It’s a simple brick-and-mortar setup where we manage the local needs of the company. A lot of the work involves talking to people in the neighborhood and making sure the local operations are running smoothly. We’ve been in Raigarh for a long time, so we know the streets and the people well. The office feels very lived-in and practical. We don't have any big slogans on the walls. We just focus on the tasks at hand, whether that’s dealing with local supplies or managing the paperwork for the plant workers. It’s a very grounded way to work. Most days are busy, but we always find time for a quick break to talk about what’s happening in the town. We aren't here to impress anyone; we’re just here to do our jobs and be part of the Raigarh community.
