If you find yourself at Dhimrapur Chowk, you’re pretty much there. We are located right on Kharsia Road. Bimal Refractories Pvt. Ltd. is a busy spot. There is always a lot of traffic at the chowk, with tractors and bikes and people everywhere. It can get a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to the noise. We spend our time managing the refractory stocks and making sure things are where they should be. The warehouse is big and can get quite hot during the day. We’ve got a small office near the front where we handle the paperwork. It’s not a very quiet place to work, but we like being where the action is. Kharsia Road is a main artery, so there are always trucks pulling in and out. Sometimes the dust from the road covers everything, and we have to wipe down the desks every morning. It’s just the way it is here. We’ve been at this location for a long time, so we know all the local tea sellers and the other shopkeepers around Dhimrapur Chowk. It feels like a little community even with all the bustle. We aren't doing anything fancy, just moving bricks and keeping the business going. Every day is pretty much the same—sorting, loading, and talking to the drivers. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till night.
