Shree Engineers Developers

Our office is up on the second floor of the Haware Centurion Mall, specifically at S-7/56. We are in Sector 19-A in Seawood East, which is a pretty active part of Nerul. Being in the mall is convenient because there is always something happening around us. We handle engineering and development work. It’s a lot of looking at plans, dealing with site details, and making sure the technical bits of construction are right. We aren’t some big corporate firm with a fancy lobby. It’s just a workspace where we get things done. Most days, you’ll find us buried in paperwork or on the phone with contractors. The office is shop 56, and it’s a bit cramped with all the drawings and files we keep. We’ve been here for a while and have seen Nerul grow quite a bit. It’s a good spot for us because we are close to many of the projects we work on. Sometimes the mall gets a bit noisy on weekends, but we are usually here during the week when it’s more focused. We don't do a lot of fancy advertising. People just find us or hear about us from others in the trade. It’s honest work, and we try to keep things moving as best as we can without making it too complicated. Just a local team doing our part in the building industry around here.
