You can find us in Nerul, Navi Mumbai, at the Om Dwarka Nath housing society in Sector-19A. It’s a quiet residential building, and our office is on the second floor at G-201. We like being in Navi Mumbai because it’s a bit more organized than the main city, though the commute can still be a bit of a headache for some of us. Our space is basically an apartment that we turned into an engineering office. It feels a bit like a home, which we actually prefer. We have desks set up in what used to be the living room. Most of our work involves design and engineering for oiltanking projects, so there are always blueprints lying around and calculators on every surface. We spend a lot of time on the phone with people at the actual project sites. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have our own tea kettle and sometimes the noise from the neighbors' kids playing outside drifts in through the windows. It’s a very local, down-to-earth way to run a business. We don't have big flashy signs on the building. People who need to find us usually know where we are. We just focus on getting the drawings right and making sure the engineering specs meet the requirements. It’s a steady job and we have a good group of people here who have been working together for years in this Nerul office.
