Our office is tucked away in Anand Pralash over in Pune. If you spend any time in the 410014 area of Maharashtra, you have probably driven past us once or twice. We are an engineering firm, but we don't act like those big corporate places you see in the city center. Our space is functional and mostly filled with rolls of drawings and old coffee mugs. We have been working on various building projects across the state for a long time. It is a busy life, always checking on materials or arguing with a supplier about a delivery that is late. Pune is growing fast, so there is never a shortage of work to do. We have a small team in the office and a larger crew out on the sites. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just focus on making sure the structures we work on are solid and safe. Sometimes the monsoon rains slow us down, but we just pick up where we left off. It is a good group of guys here. We have known each other for years. We usually just eat lunch together at our desks and talk about the next phase of whatever we are building. It’s just a normal business doing normal work, and that is fine by us. We don't need any extra polish to get the job done right every day.
