Ubc Engineers Pvt. Ltd is located in Nerul, Navi Mumbai. We are on the ground floor of Plot No 194 in the Atomica CHS, which is in Sector 17. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just pop in when they need something. Sector 17 is a pretty busy part of Nerul with lots of other businesses and shops around. It’s a good spot because we are close to the station and the main roads. The office itself is functional and a bit cramped with all the files and equipment we’ve gathered over the years. We do a lot of engineering work for various projects around Mumbai and the surrounding areas. The atmosphere in the office is usually a bit frantic because there’s always a deadline or a site visit planned. We aren't really into the whole corporate culture thing. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Our team is a mix of older experienced guys and some younger ones learning the ropes. You’ll often find us arguing over a technical drawing or a bill. It’s a lively place, for sure. Navi Mumbai is always growing, so there is never a shortage of things to do. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the tasks at hand. If you’re in Sector 17, you can’t miss us. It’s just a regular engineering office trying to make things work. We don't have fancy coffee machines, just a kettle and some biscuits. It gets the job done and keeps us going.
