Gs Engineering & Construction India Pvt. Ltd.

Our office is up on the ninth floor, in room 902, inside Poonam Towers. That is over in Sector 20, Nerul, which is part of Navi Mumbai. Gs Engineering & Construction India Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of these plots, 1 and 2, for some time now. Navi Mumbai has a bit of a different vibe than the main city, with a little more space but it is still plenty busy. Being in a tower means we have a bit of a view of the area, but the inside of the office is all business. It is not a designer office by any means. We have our desks, our computers, and plenty of blueprints and folders stacked up. It can be a bit of a maze sometimes with all the paperwork we have to keep for the construction jobs. We do not have a receptionist to greet you or a fancy coffee bar for guests. Usually, you will just find a few of us hunched over our screens or talking about what is happening at the sites. Nerul is a good spot for us, and the building is easy enough to find once you get into Sector 20. We do not spend much time on promotional stuff or advertising. We would much rather just get the engineering work finished. The elevators in the tower can be quite slow during the lunch hour, but that is just how it goes here. We are a straightforward group of people.
