Our office is located in Navi Mumbai, specifically in the Kharghar area. We are tucked away in Shrdha Society, which is in Sector-12. If you are looking for us, it’s Flat 2 in the A-58 building. It’s more of a residential-feeling area, so it’s not as loud as the main market parts of Mumbai. Rajiv Kr. Thakur handles things here. The society is a decent place, and being in Sector-12 makes it fairly easy to get to once you’re off the main road. We’ve got a small setup inside the flat where we do all our consulting and engineering work. It’s mostly computers, stacks of drawings, and files everywhere. Kharghar has grown a lot lately, so there are more shops and places to eat nearby than there used to be. The building itself is an older one, but it works for what we need. We don’t really have a big front desk or anything like that. Usually, it’s just the sound of someone typing or talking on the phone with a client. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of projects going on at once, but we manage. Most of the people who come by are engineers or contractors we’re working with. It’s a quiet spot for the most part, away from the heavy traffic of the city. We like it because it’s a bit more relaxed than being in a big commercial tower. It just feels more like a real workspace where we can focus on the technical details without too much distraction from the outside world.
