Kondhana Dds Agro Private Limited is located right near the ZP School in Karwandi, out in the Karjat area. We’re at house number 85. It’s a quiet village setting in Raigarh, which is exactly how we like it. We started this because we saw a need for someone to handle the agro side of things more locally. It’s not a big corporate office with air conditioning and fancy chairs. It’s just a room where we get together and do what needs to be done. Being so close to the school means there’s always some noise during the day, but it feels like part of the community. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do right by the people we work with. Most of us have lived in Raigarh our whole lives, so we know the people and the land around here. Our work involves a lot of coordination with local farmers and suppliers. It can get a bit messy with all the paperwork, and sometimes we lose track of things for a minute, but we always get it sorted. There’s no marketing team here, just us answering the phone and writing things down in ledgers. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We focus on the daily tasks and don't worry too much about looking polished.
