Our office is tucked away in D 401 Goodwill Garden, over in Sector 8 of Kharghar. If you know the area, it's Plot No 15 16, and it’s a pretty decent place to work from in Navimumbai. The morning commute is usually a mix of local trains and rickshaws for the staff here. We spend our hours looking at technical specs and coordinating with different teams for Jacobs Engineering India Pvt Ltd. The space in Goodwill Garden feels a bit more like a home than a stiff office, which actually helps when we are stuck on a difficult calculation for a few hours. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed but we take the technical side of things very seriously. Most of us have been working together for a while, so there’s a good rhythm to the day. We don't really do the whole corporate branding thing inside; we just have our desks, our computers, and the project notes we need. It's a practical setup for people who like solving problems without a lot of fuss.
