Jacobs Engineering India Pvt Ltd

We’re based out of F 4 39 Spaghetti in Sector 15, which is part of the Priyadarshini Cohoso in Kharghar. It’s a bit of a funny name for a building, but everyone in Navi Mumbai seems to know where it is. Being part of Jacobs Engineering India Pvt Ltd means we have a lot to get through, so the office is usually quite full of papers and people staring at screens. The Sector 15 area is alright, it gets busy in the evenings with people heading home. We have a small setup here. It’s not one of those glass buildings you see in the movies, just a regular office space where we get the engineering tasks done. Sometimes the lift in the building is out of order, so we end up taking the stairs, which is good for the legs I guess. We try to keep a steady pace and handle whatever comes our way. There’s no big marketing team here, just us doing our jobs. Most of us have been in this industry for a long time, so we don't need much hand-holding. We just get on with it. It’s a bit cramped when we have a big project going on, but we make it work. It feels like a real place, with all the usual office quirks you’d expect in a busy part of Navi Mumbai like Kharghar. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't, just a group of people doing engineering work day in and day out.
