Frischmann Prabhu India Pvt Ltd has been based out of Balaji Appartsment in Seawoods for a while now. It’s a busy spot in Sector 23, especially during the mornings when everyone is heading out. Flat 301 in the B Wing is where we do most of our work. The building itself is pretty easy to find if you know the area. Plot No C16 7 8 is right there in Navi Mumbai. Sometimes the lift is a bit slow, but we manage just fine. It’s mostly families living around us, so it stays relatively quiet during the day which helps with focusing. We usually grab lunch from the local shops nearby. People often ask where exactly we are because the sector is quite large, but once they see the Balaji sign, they find us. The office space isn’t huge, but it fits what we need. We’ve grown used to the sounds of the neighborhood. Navi Mumbai has changed a lot since we started here, with more buildings popping up every year. Our spot on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below. We don’t really have fancy signs or a big lobby. It is just a regular apartment turned into a workspace where we get things done every day. Most of us take the local train or ride bikes to get here. The walk from Darave station isn't too bad if the weather is nice. We just keep our heads down and work.
