Dr D Y Patil University

This is the university office located in Navi Mumbai, specifically in the Nerul West area under Sector 20. If you are looking for where we work, we are inside flat number 201 of the Kanchan Kutir apartment building. It might seem like a bit of an unusual spot for university related business, being inside a residential apartment, but it works perfectly fine for what we need to get done. The area around here is quite nice and we usually have a decent breeze coming through the windows. We handle various administrative things for Dr D Y Patil University from this specific location. It’s not a huge campus building where thousands of students are walking around, it is just this one unit in Kanchan Kutir. Most of the time we are just filing various papers, answering the phone, or talking to the people who drop by with questions about their forms. Nerul is a busy place and being in Sector 20 puts us right in the middle of all the action. We have been working out of this flat for a while now and the other residents in the building are quite used to seeing us around. The flat is set up with some simple desks and a few chairs for any visitors who might stop by. It’s a very practical way for us to manage our tasks without needing to be in a giant office block. We just keep our heads down and get the work finished. It’s a very normal office life for us here in Navi Mumbai.
