Aicar Business School

Aicar Business School is tucked away in Damat, which is near Neral in the Raigarh district. If you know the area, it's quite a scenic spot, especially when the clouds hang low over the hills. Getting here can be a bit of a trip if you're coming from the busier parts of Maharashtra, but once you're here, it’s a lot quieter. The school building sits there and we see students coming from all over to stay and study their business courses. It’s not a flashy place. We have the usual classrooms and a lot of books. Most of the time, the staff is just busy sorting out schedules or dealing with the canteen stuff. It’s a real place with real problems, like when the internet gets slow or the rain makes the roads a bit muddy. We don't have a giant marketing team writing fancy things about us. It’s just us, the teachers, and the students trying to figure out how the world of business works. Lunchtimes are usually the loudest part of the day when everyone gathers around. You can hear people talking about their projects or just what they’re doing for the weekend. We have been here for a while now and the locals know us. It’s just a regular part of life in Neral. We keep the gates open and the lights on, and that’s what we do every single day here at the school building in Raigad.
