Coteba India Pvt Ltd is located in Navi Mumbai, specifically in the Nerul East area. Our office is Flat No 202 in the Kumars building, which is on Plot No 151 in Sector 21. The pin code is 400706. It’s a residential-style building, so it doesn't feel like a cold corporate office. We’ve been in Flat 202 for a good amount of time now. Sector 21 is a relatively quiet part of Nerul E, which is nice for when we need to concentrate. The office is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some computers, and a lot of files stacked up against the walls. We don’t have any big mission statements or promotional posters around. It’s just a place where we do our daily work. Being in Navi Mumbai is a bit different from the main city; it feels a bit more open. The building, Kumars, is a bit older now and the stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift isn't working right. We don't have a big team, just a handful of us who know the business. We usually have our lunch together and talk about normal things, not just work. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the best; we just want to do our job correctly and keep things simple. It’s a very straightforward life at Coteba India Pvt Ltd. We like being in Sector 21 and we plan to stay here at Plot 151.
