We operate out of Jayanta Goswami’s place. Being in Ausgram, Bardhaman, means we are surrounded by fields and people who know a lot about the land. Our company is all about the "krishijibi" or the farmers. We don't have a big fancy office in a city building. Instead, we have a practical space where we can gather and talk about the work. The address 713128 is where we spend most of our time. It’s a quiet life here, but there is always something to do. Whether it is sorting out some seeds or dealing with the government forms, we stay busy. We don’t use any of those big words or corporate talk because it doesn't fit who we are. We are just local people working with other local people. Some days the monsoon rain makes it hard to get around, but we still manage to meet up near the temple and discuss what’s next for the company. We don't have a big mission statement stuck on the wall. We just want to work together and make sure the farming business in Gopinathbati keeps moving forward.
