Our workshop is located at El.26/4 in the J Block of the MIDC area in Bhosari. If you have ever been to Bhosari, you know it is a place where things are constantly being built and moved. We have a fairly simple setup here. The office is just a small section of the building where we keep the records and handle the phones. The rest of the space is taken up by the engineering work and the tools we use every day. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby with magazines. Usually, if you walk in, you will just find one of us working on a part or looking over some drawings on a cluttered desk. The noise of the neighboring factories is always in the background, but after a few weeks, you stop even noticing it. We have some heavy equipment that takes up most of the floor space, so you have to watch your step. We usually eat our lunch together near the back door where there is a bit of a breeze. It is not a glamorous life, but it is what we know. We have been at this address for several years and the walls are a bit stained from the oil and the dust. We don’t see any reason to change it because it works for us. We just want to get through the daily list of tasks and make sure the quality is what it should be.
