Twin Engineers Private Limited has been operating out of Plot J-524 in the MIDC Bhosari area for a long time. If you know the neighborhood, we are right near the Quality Icecream place, which is a good landmark for people trying to find our gate. Being in Bhosari means we are surrounded by other workshops and factories, so there is always a lot of activity on our street. We spend most of our hours inside the facility dealing with engineering tasks and checking on the equipment. It is practical work. We have a group of workers who have been with us through many different projects. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. Instead, we focus on the machines and the orders that come in every week. Sometimes the trucks get stuck in the traffic around the industrial estate, but we manage. We just try to do a solid job every day. There is always grease on someone's hands and the sound of metal moving. We like being part of this industrial hub. When someone asks what we do, we just show them the shop floor. It is straightforward and we don't feel the need to dress it up with big words. We just keep our heads down and get the parts out of the door from our spot at Plot J-524. It is just how we run things here near the ice cream factory.
