Subodhan Engineers (Pune) Pvt. Ltd. sits right in Marble House at No. 27, over in the Sadashiv Peth area. It is one of those old buildings that has a lot of character, even if the stairs are a bit narrow. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a long time. It’s a busy part of town, so parking is always a headache for us and anyone coming to see us. Inside, it’s mostly just us surrounded by blueprints, old files, and a few computers that have seen better days. We handle various engineering projects, mostly local stuff that requires a lot of back-and-forth communication. We aren't a giant firm with hundreds of people. It's a small team here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at sites, then we come back here to finish the paperwork. The office gets a bit cluttered with all the drawings lying around, but we know where everything is. People in Sadashiv Peth know the Marble House building well enough. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or bright lights. We just focus on the drawings and the math. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is close, but that’s just the way engineering goes. We like being in this part of Pune and being part of the neighborhood.
