Y.S.Ane & Associates

Our office, Y.S.Ane & Associates, is located in Shivsagar City Phase 2. We are in building A6, room 101. It’s right on Suncity Road in the Anand Nagar area, which is just off the main Sinhgad Road in Pune. It’s a busy part of the city, especially during the morning rush when everyone is trying to get to work. Being in a residential complex makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than being in a commercial tower. We have neighbors who are living their daily lives around us, and that suits us just fine. Most of our work involves sitting at our desks and going through various documents or plans. We get a mix of local clients and people coming from further away because Sinhgad Road is a major artery in Pune. The space inside is simple, just what we need to operate. We have a couple of computers and a printer that occasionally jams when we are in a hurry, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city. We just want to do the job we have in front of us. Most of the people who work here have been with us for a long time, so we know each other's habits pretty well. We take our work seriously, but we don't feel the need to dress it up in fancy talk. If you need to stop by, just let us know or ring the bell.
