Pendse Associates

Pendse Associates runs out of Salunke Vihar in Pune. We are located in Block C-2/6. It is a residential area, so it feels a bit more relaxed than the busy city center. Mr. Dilip Pendse started this a while back and we've been going steady ever since. We do mostly consulting work and look at a lot of plans and technical documents. Our office is a modest space where we spend most of our mornings and afternoons. You will usually find books and blue folders stacked up on the wooden desks. We like to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone who walks through the door. It is not the kind of place with a big reception desk or fancy bright lights. We just have our chairs, our old computers, and our notebooks. Sometimes the neighborhood is quiet, and other times there is a lot of noise from children playing or people moving about, but we don't mind it. We've built up a steady routine over the years. Pune has changed a lot since we first opened, but we've stayed right here in the same spot. We know the local shopkeepers and the neighbors pretty well now. It feels more like a home to us than a cold office. If you need to find us, just look for our block number in Salunke Vihar. We are usually around during regular hours, though sometimes we're out visiting sites. It's just a small team of us doing what we know best.
