Dandekar And Associates,Pune

Our place, Dandekar And Associates, is located in Flat No Q-15 of the Mahisagar Building. We are part of the Morya Gosavi Raj Park area in Keshav Nagar, Chinchwad. Pune has grown so much lately, but this little corner feels a bit more settled. It’s actually an apartment that we use for our work, so it has a bit of a homey feel to it. You have to come up the stairs and down the hall to find us. Usually, you’ll find two or three of us sitting around the big table in the main room. We do a lot of consulting and planning work here. There are always stacks of documents and some pens scattered around. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything like that. People usually find us because they know someone we've worked with before. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice when we need to concentrate on complicated numbers or drawings. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the park outside and you can hear them through the window. We’ve been in Chinchwad for some time now and like being close to the local markets. For lunch, we usually just go grab something from the stalls nearby or bring something from home. It’s a very simple setup. We don’t need much more than a good light and a quiet space to get our associate work done properly.
