You can find us over in Pune, specifically at the Gulmohar City complex in Kharadi. We are up in the Tulip building on the sixth floor, flat number 601. It is a bit of an interesting setup because it feels more like an apartment than a traditional office. Kharadi has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings going up, and the dust from the construction is everywhere. But from our floor, the view is actually quite alright. The traffic on the way here can be a nightmare sometimes, especially near the bypass road during the evenings. Most of us try to get in early just to avoid the worst of it. Inside Citadel Arrchitectural, it’s mostly just desks, drawings, and a few computers humming along. It’s not the quietest place because of the city sounds coming in through the windows, but we don’t mind. We have a small pantry where we make coffee and sometimes heat up our lunches. It’s a very casual environment. People just wear what they are comfortable in and get on with their tasks. We don’t have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist. You just come up the elevator and knock on the door. It’s a practical way to work, and it suits the kind of things we do here every day. It feels less like a company and more like a workspace for friends.
