Concur Arch.

You can find us in Karad, over at Budhwar Peth. Our business is Concur Arch., and we are c/o Kiran Adhikrao Maske. It is a local architecture practice, but we do not run it like one of those big firms you see in the movies. We do not have a fancy reception or a big glass meeting room. It is just a simple space where we work on our plans and drawings. Being in Budhwar Peth means we are right in the heart of the local community. We have been in Karad for a long time and we know the area well. We do not use any marketing speak or try to sell ourselves with big words. We just sit at our desks and work on the projects we have. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with papers and blueprints everywhere, but that is just how we work. We are not interested in sounding like a corporate entity. We are just local people doing work for other local people. Most of our clients come to us because they know Kiran or have seen what we have done before. It is an honest way to do business. We do not make big claims about being the best. We just try to do a good job on every drawing we finish. It is a quiet, steady life here in Karad. We have our routine and it works for the way we like to do architecture.
