Yohaans

We’ve been here at 57 Mahatma Gandhi Road in the Camp area for a good while now. Most people just know us as Yohaans, and they see us when they’re out doing their regular shopping on MG Road. It gets pretty crowded around here on the weekends, but we like the energy. The shop isn’t fancy or anything, just a place where we keep things organized the way we like. Sometimes the front door sticks a bit when it rains, but we just deal with it. We spend most of our mornings just dusting the shelves and making sure everything looks okay for whoever walks in. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. My nephew helps out sometimes when things get busy. We don’t have a big corporate team or some fancy office. It’s just us here, talking to neighbors and trying to keep the place tidy. Sometimes the chai wala next door brings over tea while we’re sorting through the new arrivals. We’ve seen the street change a lot over the years, with new shops opening and others closing down, but we’re still right here in the same spot. It’s a bit dusty because of the construction nearby lately, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We don’t really do much advertising or anything like that. Most folks just stumble upon us or have been coming here for years since their parents brought them. It's just a regular local spot.
