You can find Poona Shahi at the corner of Mukund Nagar. We are based in the Shastri Commercial Complex, specifically at 408/6. It’s a busy building with lots of different businesses coming and going all day long. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint. The stairs up to our unit are a bit steep, but we are used to it. Every morning we unlock the shutters and get things ready for the day. There isn't much space inside, so we have to be careful about where we put our supplies. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking to people who come by or call us. We don't have a big corporate office with fancy chairs; we just use what we have. Mukund Nagar is a good spot because everything is close by. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic at the corner, but you stop noticing it after an hour or two. We handle things as they come. There is no big master plan here, just working hard and making sure the people who need us aren't waiting too long. We have a small tea break in the afternoon when things quiet down for a bit. It’s just a regular workplace with regular people trying to make a living. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We are just here every day.
