We've been at Sohrab Hall on Sasson Road for a while now. Most folks in Pune know the Sahara Airlines building, and that’s where you’ll find us at number 131. It gets pretty busy here, especially when everyone wants to head out on a trip at the same time. We spend most of our mornings answering phones and checking schedules on the computer. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we make do. It isn't a fancy setup, just some desks and a lot of paperwork. People come in to figure out their travel plans or just to ask about prices for trains and flights. We try to keep things straightforward. If a flight is cancelled, we have to deal with the headache of rebooking. It’s a lot of back and forth with the airlines. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, we just help people get from one city to another. The office has been here long enough that we know the guys downstairs and where to get the best tea in the afternoon. It is mostly just about keeping track of tickets and making sure names are spelled right on the forms. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Dealing with travel can be messy sometimes because plans change, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We stay focused on the tasks at hand at our Sasson Road spot.
