Our office is tucked away in Parijat Colony on Chakrapani Road in Bhosari. We spend our days helping people plan their trips, whether it’s a quick weekend getaway or a longer journey to see family. It’s a small space with a couple of desks and a lot of maps and brochures. We deal with bus bookings, train tickets, and sometimes we put together small tour packages for families around here. It’s a lot of coordination, calling hotels and checking schedules to make sure everything fits. Sometimes the systems go down and we have to do things the old-fashioned way over the phone. Bhosari is a busy place, but our colony is a bit quieter, which is nice when you’re trying to talk to a customer about their plans. We aren't a big travel agency with a website that does everything automatically. We like to talk to the people who are traveling so we know what they actually need. It’s mostly local families from the neighborhood who come to us for help. We’ve seen kids grow up and now they come in to book their own honeymoon trips. It’s nice to have that connection with the community. We try to keep things simple and avoid the complicated fine print you see elsewhere. It’s just about getting people from one place to another without too much stress or worry.
