K. K. Travels

K. K. Travels is located in the 6th Sense Shopping Center, at office number 108. We are in the Katraj area of Pune, specifically on the Pune Satara Road. If you know the area, you know that the road is always full of buses and cars heading out of the city. Our office is a small room where we keep track of all the vehicle bookings and driver schedules. There are maps on the wall and a couple of old computers that we use to log everything. It is usually pretty loud because of the traffic noise coming from the main road outside. We spend most of our time answering the phone and trying to make sure the cars are where they need to be at the right time. Sometimes things get delayed because of the traffic jams near Katraj, but we just try to deal with it as it happens. The shopping center has a lot of other small businesses, so there is always someone coming in or out. Our drivers often stop by to pick up their paperwork before heading out on a trip. It’s a simple operation, really. We don't have a big waiting lounge or anything; it’s mostly just a desk and some chairs for when people come to pay or ask questions. We just keep things moving and try to stay on schedule as well as we can. It's a lot of juggling but that's just the way the travel business works in a city like Pune.
