Shimla Kashmir Tours Travels

You can find us at Sidhi Park in Wing A-3, specifically Shop No. 7. We are right by Sai Chowk in the New Sangvi area. It is a small shop but we have a lot of pictures of mountains and snow on the walls. Most of the time we are looking at computer screens trying to find bus routes or checking if the hotels in the north have any rooms left. It gets quite hectic when the vacation season starts because everyone wants to go to Shimla or Kashmir at the same time. We have a couple of chairs for people to sit while we explain the different routes. Sometimes children come in and get excited looking at the photos of the snow. We deal with a lot of phone calls from people who are worried about their train being late or wanting to change their plans at the last minute. The office is right in the middle of a busy neighborhood so there is always noise from the street. We try to keep things simple and just give people the prices and the dates they need. It is not a fancy travel lounge, just a place to get your tickets and a plan for your holiday. Sometimes we run out of brochures and have to wait for more to be printed. We know the routes well because we have been doing this for years from this same spot.
