We are Yashwant Enginners, located over in the Bhosari PCNTDA area. Our workshop is at 39725, and it’s right in the middle of all the industrial action. If you walk inside, you’ll hear the sound of lathes and drills going. It’s a workspace for people who like making things and fixing metal parts. We don't have a big office with air conditioning. Instead, we have workbenches covered in metal shavings and oil. It’s a bit disorganized sometimes, but we know where everything is. The PCNTDA area is quite large, and there are many shops like ours, but we just focus on what’s on our own floor. We take on various engineering jobs, mostly small batches of parts or repairs for other local businesses. It involves a lot of measuring and double-checking sizes. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought because a tool breaks or the material is tougher than expected. That’s just part of being an engineer in Bhosari. We wear blue overalls that never really stay clean for more than an hour. Lunch is usually eaten quickly so we can get back to the machines. We don't spend money on fancy signs or logos. We just have our name on the front and we get to work. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve been here a while and the routine stays pretty much the same every week. We just keep the machines running.
