We are located over at B4/1 in the Gururaj Society in the Padmavati area of Pune. Our office is right on the Pune Satara Road, so it stays pretty busy with traffic outside. We handle personnel services, which basically means we help with staffing and people-related work for businesses. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking to people all day long. We have been doing this for a while now and have seen many people come and go through our doors. The office isn't fancy, but it gets the job done. We are a private limited company, but we keep things pretty informal on the inside. We don't use a lot of big words or corporate talk. We just listen to what a business needs and try to find the right person for them. It’s a lot of matching things up and checking details. Sometimes it’s a bit of a headache when things don't go smoothly, but we just keep at it. Being on the Satara Road is convenient for people coming in from different parts of the city. We’ve become a bit of a fixture in the Gururaj Society over the years. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. That's really all there is to us. We’re just a team of people trying to make the hiring process a little bit simpler for everyone we work with. Most days are long, but we get through the pile of resumes eventually.
